I worked for the City of Devils Lake in the Engineering Department, which gave me a great deal of knowledge in real estate. Working with utilities, zoning, development, and construction has given me valuable knowledge for making home ownership dreams come true for my clients.
Since graduating high school I have stayed in the construction field. I have a great deal of knowledge of most construction fields. I have done plumbing, electrical, carpentry, concrete, and more. I understand what people should look for when buying and what needs to be done when selling. I have bought and sold a few homes personally, with and without a realtor. When you have a great realtor, you feel way more comfortable with your purchase. It’s a big decision, most people will need help. I am that person. I don’t push, I make people aware of what to look for and give them options.
My husband and I live in Casselton, ND with our two dogs, Rocky & Axle. I graduated from West Fargo High School after a childhood of living in the southwestern United States, manly Palm Springs, CA & Las Vegas, NV. I am married to my wonderful husband, Ieman, who currently works as a subcontractor for the Department of Defense. During our free time we love to travel and spend time with our beloved dogs.
